FMCG Sales Executive

We are looking for an FMCG Sales Executive to manage sales activities within the assigned territory by handling distributors, retailers, and channel partners. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, expanding market presence, and building long-term trade relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distributor and retailer relationships within the assigned territory.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective market execution.
  
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising across retail outlets.
  
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, promotions, and competitor activity.
  
• Execute company sales schemes and promotional activities in the market.
  
• Collect market feedback and share insights with internal sales and marketing teams.
  
• Maintain sales records, daily reports, and follow defined sales processes.
  

• Candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in FMCG sales with exposure to distributor or retail sales.
  
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution systems and territory-based sales operations is required.
  
• Comfort with field sales, regular travel, and market execution activities is essential.
  
• Good communication and negotiation skills are necessary for dealing with trade partners and internal teams.
  
• Ability to stay organized, target-oriented, and manage multiple sales activities simultaneously is important.
