Job Description

Role Overview:

Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand strategy for existing and upcoming product lines
Identify opportunities for brand diversification and new product development
Drive consumer research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning
Lead marketing campaigns across BTL, and digital platforms
Work closely with sales, design, and R&D teams to ensure cohesive brand execution
Plan product launches, Drive Sales, Marketing, and promotional strategies
Manage brand budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure brand profitability
Build brand visibility and equity across retail touchpoints

Qualifications:

MBA in Marketing or Brand Management from a reputed institute
5 to 8 years of experience in brand management (FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care preferred)
Strong understanding of South Indian markets and consumer behavior
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Proficiency in digital marketing, packaging development, and retail campaigns
