Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you should have hands-on experience with Facility Management and Coordination (FMC) in residential projects. Your responsibilities will involve work planning, setting service level agreements, conducting vendor meetings, managing the FMC team, handling recruitments, and providing team training. Additionally, you will be responsible for allocating sites and duties to the FMC team, coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams, landscape team, Housekeeping (HK) team, and security teams. You will also attend association meetings, maintain records, and prepare reports. Qualification Required: - Previous experience with Facility Management and Coordination (FMC) in residential projects would be preferred. - Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role. - Ability to manage a team effectively and efficiently is a key requirement.,
