Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess hands-on experience with Facility Management & Coordination (FMC) in residential projects. Your responsibilities will include work planning, overseeing service level agreements, conducting vendor meetings, managing the FMC team, handling recruitments, and providing team training. Additionally, you will be responsible for allocating sites and duties to the FMC team, coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams, landscape management, Housekeeping (HK), and security teams. Attending association meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports will also be part of your duties in this role. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders will be key to your success in this position.,
