About the Role:

We're seeking a Flutter Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to own the development of our mobile app and contribute to its strategic evolution. You're not just a coder—you're a product thinker who cares about solving real user problems, writes clean and scalable code, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product.

What You'll Do:

• Build & Own Features: Develop end-to-end Flutter features focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate on UX/UI: Partner with designers to refine UI/UX and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Champion Quality: Write clean, testable code and advocate for best practices (testing, CI/CD, documentation).
• Solve Problems Proactively: Identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Mentor & Learn: Share knowledge with the team and stay ahead of Flutter's evolving ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

✅ Technical Expertise:

• 3-4 years of Flutter/Dart experience with a portfolio of shipped apps (share links!).
• Strong understanding of state management (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod), REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.

🚀 Product Mindset:

• You ask "What problem are we solving?" before writing code.
• You've contributed to product roadmaps, A/B tests, or user research in past roles.
• Obsession with details: animations, edge cases, and user flows.

• Communicate clearly and document decisions for future scalability.

Bonus Points For:

• Startup experience or side projects showcasing your passion for building.
• Backend knowledge (Node.js, Firebase, etc.) or native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin).
