Accountant

To further accelerate our growth trajectory, we are in search of a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founders and senior leadership of Stack to drive the company's expansion. Your primary responsibilities will include reconciling financial statements, preparing reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements, analyzing financial data for insights, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will also play a key role in budgeting, auditing support, and fostering communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with proven experience in accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally, and MS Office, especially Excel, is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, time management abilities, and knowledge of Indian accounting standards are also crucial for success in this position.
