The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full app lifecycle, optimize performance, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences on both Android and iOS platforms.

Responsibilities

Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
Design, build and maintain high performance reusable and reliable Dart code.
Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of the application.
Identify & correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Identify & correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality organization and automatization.
Strong knowledge of Dart, Android SDK, Android Studio, XCode, different versions of Android/iOS and how to deal with different screen sizes.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles patterns and best practices.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Experience with offline storage using SQLite/Room/Realm Database, threading and performance tuning.
Familiarity with Google Services such as Push Notifications, Google Maps, Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements & translate them into technical requirements.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git/Devops and familiarity with continuous integration.
Proven experience in writing readable code, creating extensive documentation for existing code, and refactoring previously written code
Knowledge of building IPA and APK files, publishing on Test Flight, etc.
At least two or more apps developed with Flutter, are published on Google Play Store/App Store.
