Flutter Developer

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, mobile UI/UX, API integration, and app deployment on both Android and iOS platforms. You will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

App Development

• Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build reusable components, widgets, and modules.
• Implement responsive UI/UX across different screen sizes.

Integration & Functionality

• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and Firebase services.
• Work with local databases such as SQLite, Hive, or shared preferences.
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure smooth functionality.

Deployment & Maintenance

• Prepare and deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Troubleshoot and fix application bugs and crashes.
• Maintain code quality and follow best development practices.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide estimations.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and version control (Git).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
• Experience with State Management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and app deployment on Play Store/App Store.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and mobile design guidelines.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture and design patterns.
• Understanding of push notifications, background services, and analytics.
• Experience with performance optimization and testing tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
