Aioninno Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework for iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement mobile app solutions that align with our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter code for mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms. Design and implement new app features, user interfaces, and bug fixes. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to build innovative and effective mobile solutions. Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and native modules. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing applications. Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and Flutter updates. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven experience with Flutter and Dart development. Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM). Experience with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and API integration. Familiarity with both iOS and Android mobile app deployment processes. Experience in state management approaches such as Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod. Understanding of version control systems (Git). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services such as Firebase, AWS, or Azure. Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
