Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of experience in building cross-platform apps. If you enjoy working on real-world business software (billing, ERP, POS) and want to expand into AI-powered solutions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain cross-platform apps (Android, iOS, Web, Windows, macOS) using Flutter & Dart
• Work on backend services using any one backend technology (Node.js, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, etc.)
• Design and manage databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) including schema, queries, and optimization
• Contribute to POS & ERP modules (billing, inventory, accounts, CRM, etc.) across industries
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams to deliver smooth, user-friendly apps
• Learn and implement AI integrations (recommendations, insights, automation) into our software

Must-Have Skills

• 2–3 years of professional Flutter & Dart experience
• Experience with any one backend technology (Node.js, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, etc.)
• Strong SQL knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Hands-on exposure to POS/ERP, billing, or retail-related software
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform performance

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with retail/restaurant operations (billing, order processing, inventory)
• Knowledge of cloud basics (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Git/GitHub version control
• Basic understanding of AI/ML API integration
