About the Project

We at Digituala are seeking English-speaking participants to take part in a simulated business meeting data collection project. The recordings will be used to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems that understand natural human communication, reasoning, and workplace dialogue.

Each session will be a 30-minute meeting on Zoom between 2–3 participants, discussing realistic business topics such as:

1. Human Resources

2. Marketing & Sales

3. Information Technology

4. Legal & Operations

5. Product Development (optional: Finance, Strategy)

All conversations must sound authentic, professional, and natural, as if you are genuinely discussing workplace matters.

Project Details

🔹 Project Type: Simulated Business Meetings (AI Dataset Collection)

🔹 Platform: Zoom (separate audio channel per participant – mandatory)

🔹 Duration per Meeting: 30 minutes

🔹 Total Contribution Limit: Up to 10 hours per participant

🔹 Total Volume: 200 hours of meeting data

🔹 Recording Format: WAV, 48 kHz, 16-bit mono

🔹 Environment: Quiet indoor space, noise-free microphone

🔹 Participants per Meeting: 2 or 3

🔹 Usage: AI model training, testing, and evaluation

Responsibilities

🔸Join scheduled Zoom sessions and engage in natural, fluent English conversations.

🔸Stay on-topic and maintain professionalism throughout the session.

🔸Follow recording and naming instructions precisely.

🔸Participate in multiple sessions (as per assigned schedule).

Eligibility

✅ Native or near-native English fluency

✅ Age 22–55, confident communicator

✅ Laptop/PC with stable internet and clear microphone

✅ Quiet environment suitable for clean audio recording

✅ Available 1–2 hours daily during the recording period

Preferred

-Experience in corporate discussions, business meetings, or voice-based projects.

-Previous participation in AI data collection / transcription projects.

Compensation

💰 Competitive pay per recorded hour (based on clarity, compliance, and QA validation).

Payment is made post-quality verification. Rates vary by region and contribution volume.
