Responsibilities:

• Transcribe English audio files with 100% human accuracy (no ASR tools).
• Annotate

  non-lexical vocal sounds

  (e.g., laughter, sighs, pauses, etc.).
• Ensure timestamps, speaker turns, and punctuation are consistent with project guidelines.
• Maintain

  WER < 5%

  and follow defined QA protocols.
• Collaborate with the project team and meet daily/weekly delivery targets.

Requirements:

• Strong command of

  English (grammar, spelling, and listening comprehension)

  .
• Prior experience in

  transcription, linguistic annotation, or data labeling

  preferred.
• Ability to work with audio of varied accents (Indian, US, UK, etc.).
• Reliable internet connection and personal laptop.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Compensation:
