Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Florist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in planning and preparing floral arrangements, displays, and other visual merchandising displays.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh flowers and plants.

Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in floral arrangements.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.

Develop and implement new ideas and concepts for floral arrangements and displays.

Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a floristry or retail environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

Familiarity with social media platforms and online ordering systems is an advantage.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as vases and containers, as needed.
