They are responsible for ensuring that employees are meeting sales and customer service targets, maintaining inventory levels, and managing daily tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a team of sales associates and other staff members Ensure that all employees are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service Maintain inventory levels and ensure that products are stocked and displayed properly Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Resolve customer complaints and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner Train and develop employees to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles Monitor and analyse sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and manage a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with inventory management and retail operations Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in retail or a related industry     About Company – Noble Plus Pharmacy & Skin Care - Noble Plus is Mumbai’s & Pune's most trusted and preferred Pharmacy and Skin Care destination.
