Floor Supervisor

As a Floor Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and performance of the floor staff assigned to you. You will supervise the staff, allocate daily tasks to different departments, and oversee the ongoing workflow on the floor. Your role will also involve managing guest requests, including VIP amenities, and effectively communicating these requests to the relevant team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper upkeep of the games machines, as well as achieving positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the performance of floor staff - Allocate daily tasks to different departments - Manage guest requests and communicate them to relevant team members - Maintain cleanliness and proper lookout of games machines - Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries - Assist with lost and found procedures - Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance/Engineering Department - Assist Housekeeping with training requirements - Comply with property security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation - Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships Qualifications Required: - Experience in Amusement & Gaming: 1 year (Preferred) Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position located in person.
