Floor Operation Incharge

As a Floor In-charge, your role will involve actively participating in the smooth execution of daily floor operations. You will be responsible for tasks such as inventory management, team coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction while upholding company protocols. - Learn and perform daily operational processes to maintain efficient floor activities. - Coordinate with team members to delegate and supervise daily tasks and duties. - Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards throughout the floor. - Assist in training and mentoring floor staff to enhance their performance. - Maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to floor operations. - Prepare necessary reports and presentations as requested by management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Capability to lead by example and collaborate effectively within a team. - Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic work environment. - Attention to detail and dedication to upholding high standards.
