As a Floor In-charge, your role involves actively learning and performing key operational tasks to support the seamless execution of daily business floor operations. You will be responsible for coordinating with team members, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols, and assisting in training floor staff. Your focus will be on maintaining efficiency and accuracy in floor activities. Key Responsibilities: - Learn and execute daily operational processes to ensure smooth floor activities. - Coordinate with team members to assign and oversee daily tasks and responsibilities. - Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols across the floor. - Assist in training and guiding floor staff for performance optimization. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to floor operations. - Prepare reports and presentations as required by management. Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively within a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred, but not mandatory). - Prior experience in a similar operational or floor-level role is an advantage but not required.
