Floor Manager

responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a call center or sales environment

• Team Leadership:

  Recruit, train, and motivate telesales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and development.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

• Performance Management:

  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Sales Process Improvement:

  Identify areas for improvement in the sales process, develop and implement solutions, and ensure efficient workflow.

• Reporting and Analysis:

  Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

• Collaboration:

  Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

• Conflict Resolution:

  Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
