About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Floor Manager to lead and motivate a team of call executives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in revenue generation, team supervision, and high-pressure sales operations.

This role requires a leader who can drive performance, maintain discipline, monitor KPIs, and ensure the team consistently achieves daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities Team Management & Leadership

  • Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of 10–20 call executives
  • Ensure team adherence to scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
  • Drive a high-performance culture with a strong focus on revenue and conversions
  • Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Lead from the front to achieve and exceed team sales targets
  • Track KPIs such as call volumes, conversion rates, revenue per agent, and lead quality
  • Monitor conversations, identify gaps, and provide actionable feedback
  • Create strategies to improve team efficiency and sales performance

Process & Floor Operations

  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and operational workflow on the floor
  • Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance and revenue outcomes
  • Coordinate with management to implement new sales tactics and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in a call center, BPO, telesales, or high-pressure sales environment
  • Must have managed a team of at least 10–20 calling executives
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, and revenue KPIs
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-stress, competitive environment
  • Strong analytical ability for monitoring performance metrics
  • Ability to motivate the team and maintain morale

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with CRM, dialers, and call monitoring tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage escalations professionally
  • Discipline, accountability, and strong problem-solving skills
