Job Purpose Safety Awareness, PTW, JSA, TBT, Behavior Based Safety, Fire Extinguisher, PPE & MSDS Basic Maintenance Practices and Life cycle costing Experience of handling Spinning machine, After Treatment & Dryer section independently. Utility system (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Compressor, AHU), Pumps, Blowers and Vacuum system. Gear Box, Gear motors, Couplings, etc Scheme formulation & Execution. Role Overview: The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the machinery and equipment in the spinning machine, after-treatment, and dryer sections. The role requires expertise in safety practices, PTW, JSA, TBT, behavior-based safety, and knowledge of fire extinguisher, PPE, and MSDS. The Maintenance Engineer should have experience in basic maintenance practices, life cycle costing, and handling utility systems such as chillers, cooling towers, compressors, AHU, pumps, blowers, and vacuum systems. They should also be familiar with gearboxes, gear motors, couplings, etc. Scheme formulation and execution skills, along with SAP hands-on experience, are preferable. Troubleshooting, RCA, Pareto analysis, and the ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations are essential. Knowledge of PFD, P&ID, equipment drawings, and layout drawings is required. Strong communication skills, manpower handling, basic condition monitoring, and the ability to handle emergencies are also important for this role. Show more Show less
