Flight Simulator Maintenance Engineer

Role Overview: As a Simulator Maintenance Engineer based in Amravati, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, and calibration of flight simulators, ensuring their airworthiness, functionality, and reliability in compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system checks on flight simulators. - Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in simulator systems, avionics, and components. - Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve technical issues. - Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and maintenance standards. - Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans. - Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to minimize failures and maintain consistent performance. - Integrate relevant emergency scenarios into simulator training in coordination with the training department. - Perform simulator calibration checks and maintain calibration records. - Coordinate with maintenance and technical departments for effective communication and knowledge sharing. - Identify technical discrepancies and escalate promptly to the Manager Simulator Maintenance. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Engineering or a related field. - Relevant experience in an airline operational environment. - Appropriate DGCA license (preferred). - Minimum of 6 years of experience in simulator training and maintenance.
