FLEETEDGE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities1. Vehicle Tracking & Monitoring

• Monitor real-time vehicle data through the FleetEdge platform.
• Track fuel consumption, running hours, idling, location, and utilization.
• Identify unusual activities or alerts (e.g., over-speeding, harsh braking, long idling).

2. Report Generation

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly fleet performance reports.
• Share MIS reports with management and customers.
• Analyze trends to suggest improvements in vehicle usage.

3. Customer Coordination

• Handle customer queries related to telematics, GPS issues, and device performance.
• Provide platform training to customers/drivers as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with OEM, service centers, and fleet owners.

4. Issue Resolution

• Log telematics device faults and raise service requests.
• Follow up with technicians for installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely closure of complaints.

5. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze driving behavior and provide improvement suggestions.
• Support management in increasing operational efficiency.
• Track vehicle uptime and downtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Experience:
