• Coordination:

  Ability to assist and guide DEs during delivery operations.

• Onboarding:

  Handle end-to-end onboarding of new Delivery Executives, including documentation and training.

• Relationship Building:

  Maintains positive and professional relationships with delivery staff.

• Communication:

  Good verbal communication in English and regional languages.

• Team Support:

  Works closely with the Fleet Manager and other departments for smooth operations.

• Monitoring:

  Keeps track of delivery status and escalates issues promptly.

• Problem-Solving:

  Handles on-ground issues and assists in resolving payment or delivery concerns.

• Rider Engagement:

  Helps in executing initiatives to keep delivery executives active and motivated.

• Basic Reporting:

  Capable of maintaining basic logs and sharing updates on fleet performance.
