We are seeking a diligent and proactive Recovery Agent to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding payments and ensuring the timely recovery of our assets, including vehicles.
Contact customers listed in the recovery database to discuss and arrange the payment of overdue amounts.
Debt Collection:- Experience in managing and recovering outstanding debts, including initiating contact with delinquent drivers, negotiating repayment plans, and monitoring payment arrangements.
Communication:-Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, explain payment arrangements, and address concerns.
Record Keeping:- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of communications, payments, and recovery progress.
Customer Service:-Experience in handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing excellent service.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on recovery progress and any challenges encountered.
