Fleet Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager with 5–7 years of proven expertise in managing commercial fleets. The role involves overseeing vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with transport regulations, optimizing fleet utilization, and controlling operational costs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in maintenance scheduling, vendor management, fuel efficiency tracking, and team supervision. Key Responsibilities: ·        Manage day-to-day operations of the fleet, including allocation, routing, and utilization. ·        Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and roadworthiness of all vehicles. ·        Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and cost efficiency to reduce operational expenses. ·        Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards. ·        Develop strategies for fleet optimization and cost savings. ·        Maintain vendor and service provider relationships. ·        Lead, train, and supervise drivers and fleet staff. ·        Most important, hiring & maintaining driver/operator fleet. Requirements: ·        5–7 years minimum of experience in fleet management or logistics operations. ·        Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations. ·        Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. ·        Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office. ·        Strong communication and negotiation abilities with drivers operators and mechanics. ·        Should have hunger to grow.
