Fleet Executive

As a Crewing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Crewing Manager in the efficient management of crew operations across multiple vessels/ships. Your responsibilities will include coordinating crew data sourcing, overseeing seafarers" onboarding process, verifying and managing seafarers" licenses and certifications, and maintaining accurate records of crewing and training documentation. You will be involved in processing applications for Seafarers and Tanker Endorsements, preparing invoices, and briefing seafarers on employment contracts and company policies. Your role will also involve liaising with manning agencies and recruitment partners to source and manage seafarers effectively. It is essential to handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, you may be required to perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operations of the Crewing Department. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in crew management for vessels. Strong attention to detail, a proactive work attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Your well-organized nature, coupled with good communication and coordination skills, will be beneficial in carrying out your responsibilities effectively.,
