Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Vehicle Tracking: Monitor the fleet of vehicles through GPS tracking systems in real-time. Duty Allocation: Assign duties to drivers based on availability and operational needs. MIS Reporting: Prepare and share daily MIS reports related to vehicle performance, duty completion, and driver allocation. Operational Oversight: Ensure drivers adhere to their schedules and complete assigned duties as planned. Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to handle any on-road issues and escalate where necessary.
