Fleet Executive

Role Overview: As a bike service provider, your main responsibilities will include serving bikes and bike merchandise to customers, receiving bikes and merchandise from customers, and maintaining the quality of bikes by taking them to the service center or local mechanic. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of bike merchandise, attending vehicle breakdowns, reaching out to customers in crisis, and keeping a log of all bookings served. Additionally, you will need to maintain a log of all bikes, their odometer readings, and documents, as well as attend customer enquiry calls for your location.
