Job Summary

Mega Ltd. is seeking a Fleet Tracking Executive for immediate joining at our Mumbai (Lower Parel) office. The ideal candidate should have experience or working knowledge of transport tracking systems, MS Office, ERP tools, and excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with knowledge of tracking systems may also apply)
• Technical Skills:

MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Fleet Tracking / GPS Tracking SystemsERP Software (Preferred)Strong follow-up and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily trip accounting and transport data entry
• Record and maintain data for diesel usage, driver salary, advance payments, etc.
• Coordinate FASTag system services and truck renewal maintenance
• Maintain and update truck challan sheets and documentation
• Ensure timely diesel allocation as per company policy
• Track company trucks using GPS, monitor routes, and highlight long halts or delays
• Prepare and submit daily tracking reports to management.
• Support improved truck utilization and monthly running (KMs)

Key Requirements

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to handle data and reports accurately
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate Joiner preferred
