Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, repair, and management.
Oversee transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with vendors for vehicle procurement and maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
Tracking and updating the vehicle management system.
Planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and management principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective vendor coordination.
Ability to analyze data to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
2-5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
