Role Description

The Fleet Coach is an on-site full-time role located in Firozpur. The role involves managing and coaching delivery personnel to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Fleet Coach will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor delivery efficiency, provide training, and address operational challenges. This role requires fostering clear communication between team members and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and manage delivery personnel
Ability to analyze operations and identify areas for improvement in delivery efficiency and overall team performance
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges and ensure smooth functioning
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field is an advantage
Proven ability to work effectively in on-site operational environments
Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in using technology for communication and reporting purposes
An educational background in logistics, management, or a related field is preferred
