Roles & Responsibility - 1. Complete all tasks as assigned by the supervisor. 2. Comply to safety standards/codes and ensure world class housekeeping. 3. Be a team player, motivated self-starter and willing to learn. 4. Identify all unsafe conditions and notify management. 5. Provide technical support to both R&D & production personnel where required. 6. Assist the Mechanical Supervisor with job timing, work scheduling, work instructions and job plans make recommendations to the Mechanical Supervisor in relation to work practices, which could improve quality, increase productivity and reduce costs. 7. Following all standard operating procedures of working. 8. Coordinating work functions with co-workers and other organizational departments. 9. Development of new skills both in and outside of your core discipline. 10. Able to work under pressure to deliver within tight deadlines. 11. Execution of Assembly & fabrication activities of Machines.
