Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Staff Trainer to join our team at our Noida location. The Staff Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. Responsibilities include creating tailored training materials, conducting workshops, organizing development initiatives, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Collaboration with leadership to assess training needs and align with organizational goals will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, both individually and in groups
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in evaluating and improving training effectiveness through feedback and adapting accordingly
• Ability to collaborate with team members and leadership to identify training needs and tailor programs
• Proficiency in using various teaching methods and training tools
• Understanding of employee development and engagement practices
• Previous experience in a staff training or similar role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills necessary for this position
• Familiarity with corporate training software and e-learning platforms is a plus
