Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Instructor based in Jaisalmer. The Fitness Instructor will lead group exercise sessions, provide personal training, and design fitness programs tailored to guest needs. Responsibilities also include engaging with customers to provide excellent service, maintaining fitness equipment, and ensuring a safe and encouraging fitness environment. The instructor will be an integral part of promoting wellness and an active lifestyle for guests and visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction techniques and practices
• Experience in Personal Training with a focus on individual fitness goals
• Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment
• Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and current trends in wellness
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Certified fitness trainer or equivalent accreditation (ACE, NASM, or similar)
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
