Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through live chat professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and systems.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs promptly.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records of conversations.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues when needed.
  • Meet individual/team targets (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, CSAT, etc.

  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
