MEGA WALKIN DRIVE

Education:

BE, BTech, MBA, BSc, MSc fresher holders NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY
Experience:
Freshers with Bcom, BA, BBA, BCA can apply

Minimum 1-2 years in semi-voice or voice-based customer support roles.
Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls & chats
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems
