Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and test embedded firmware for industrial, automotive and commercial systems. · Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components. · Troubleshoot and debug firmware issues, providing timely solutions and updates. · Create and maintain detailed documentation of firmware designs, implementation processes, and testing procedures. · Conduct performance testing and optimization of embedded systems to enhance efficiency and reliability. · Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and practices. · Stay current with industry trends and advancements in embedded systems technology to apply best practices in development. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. · Proven experience in embedded firmware development, particularly in industrial automation. · Strong programming skills in C/C++ and familiarity with assembler language for embedded platforms. · Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux is a plus. · Knowledge of communication protocols such as RS-232, CAN, and Ethernet. · Ability to read and interpret schematics and design documentation for hardware integration. · Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality firmware deployment.
