Responsibilities Develop and implement fire safety procedures and protocols for sites within the power/energy sector Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential fire hazards Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards Lead fire safety training and drills for employees to enhance preparedness and response capabilities Manage and maintain fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, and suppression systems Respond to fire incidents and emergencies, leading the firefighting and evacuation efforts as required Collaborate with external agencies and authorities for emergency response planning and coordination Investigate and report on fire incidents, identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures Qualifications Fire and safety certificate Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) 5-12 years of experience in fire and safety management, preferably in the power/energy industry Show more Show less
