Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fintech Trainer to design and deliver training programs on fintech topics, including digital payments, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Data Mining, Big Data. . The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of fintech concepts, excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver training programs: Create and lead training sessions on fintech topics, including digital payments, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, Artificial Intelligence,

2. Conduct workshops and webinars: Organize and lead workshops, webinars, and other training events to educate professionals and students about fintech.

3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously update knowledge and skills to reflect the latest developments in fintech.

4. Assess training effectiveness: Evaluate the impact of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of fintech: understanding of fintech concepts, technologies, and trends.

2. Teaching/training experience: Proven experience in teaching or training will added advantage

3. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate complex fintech concepts in a clear and concise manner.

4. Strong presentation skills: Experience in creating engaging presentations and training materials.

5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Fintech certification: Certification in fintech or a related field will be plus

2. Industry experience: Experience working in the fintech industry

3. Technical skills: Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or R.
