Job Description

As a Specialist in Fintech, you will play a crucial role in driving innovative solutions within the ISV and Hi-Tech domains. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our fintech offerings and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing fintech solutions that meet client needs and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fintech solutions. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement. - Provide technical expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech domains to support fintech application development. - Ensure seamless integration of fintech solutions with existing systems. - Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of fintech products. - Communicate effectively in English to non-technical stakeholders. - Oversee documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices for fintech solutions. - Support sales and marketing teams with technical insights and product demonstrations. - Monitor and evaluate fintech solution performance, implementing improvements as needed. - Stay updated with the latest fintech technologies and industry regulations. - Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on fintech solution usage. - Contribute to strategic planning and development of new fintech products and services. - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement.
