Job Description

As a Specialist in Fintech, you will play a key role in driving innovative solutions within the ISV and Hi-Tech domains. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fintech solutions that align with client needs and industry standards. - Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. - Providing technical expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech domains to support the development and deployment of fintech applications. - Ensuring seamless integration of fintech solutions with existing systems and platforms. - Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to maintain the reliability and performance of fintech products. - Communicating effectively in English to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Overseeing the documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices for fintech solutions. - Supporting the sales and marketing teams by offering technical insights and demonstrations of fintech products. - Monitoring and evaluating the performance of fintech solutions, implementing improvements as needed. - Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in fintech technologies and industry regulations. - Providing training and support to internal teams and clients on the usage of fintech solutions. - Contributing to the strategic planning and development of new fintech products and services. - Fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive continuous improvement and excellence. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains with practical experience in fintech. - Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fintech solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and manage time efficiently. - Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. - Adaptability to changing technologies and industry trends.,
