Job Description

As a Financial Operations Analyst at our company, you will report to and collaborate closely with the Service Lines Regional and National Financial Operations Leaders, as well as core Finance functions. Your role will involve providing consistent support and analysis by leveraging strong analytical and communication skills to assist multiple leaders simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Support client-facing professionals to enhance engagement efficiency and profitability through active project management, including tasks such as project management, client invoicing, A/R & WIP, billings/collections, expense management, subcontractors, WIP/budget-to-actuals, and A/P management - Monitor the Opportunity Pipeline (CRM) to ensure accurate tracking of demand, update opportunities status, and maintain pipeline data integrity by collaborating with sales and ECS teams - Assist the Audit Financial Operations Leaders in preparing ad hoc reporting and insights to provide key intelligence for understanding projections, trends, risks, and courses of action - Collaborate with colleagues across various finance functions for day-to-day financial management and assist in month-end/quarter-end/year-end closings - Drive consistency and collaboration in financial and operational best practices across all regions and solutions within the Service Line Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field - 0 to 1 years of relevant experience - Experience in the professional services industry is preferred - Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align operations with business goals - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Strong project management skills and ability to work independently with little direct supervision - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI) - Client service mindset and ability to understand the business from a practitioner and business operator perspective This role provides you with the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, drive financial efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.,
