FinOps Analyst

The Financial Operations Analyst at Grant Thornton INDUS works closely with the Service Lines Regional and National Financial Operations Leaders and other core Finance functions to provide consistent and collaborative support and analysis. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support multiple leaders simultaneously. Responsibilities include supporting client-facing professionals to optimize engagement efficiency and profitability through project management, monitoring the Opportunity Pipeline, assisting Audit Financial Operations Leaders with ad hoc reporting, collaborating with colleagues across finance functions, driving consistency in best practices, and working with other functional groups to ensure accurate information flow. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field with 0 to 1 years of relevant experience. Experience in the professional services industry is preferred. The candidate must possess a strong understanding of business operations, ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and a client service mindset are essential.
