Finishing Site Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintence Site Supervisor to manage the on-site execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, a strong understanding of interior finishes and materials, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role will play a critical part in ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of residential and commercial interior projects, in line with approved designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out works across assigned project sites.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality and adherence to design standards.
• Coordinate with interior designers, the purchase team, and external vendors/contractors to ensure smooth workflow and resource availability.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and materials.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and internal quality standards.
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of project execution, addressing site challenges proactively and ensuring client satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years of hands-on site execution experience in interior fit-out projects (residential or commercial)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
