Finishing Foreman

As a Finishing Foreman at our Mohali project site, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating all finishing activities to ensure high-quality work, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and execute various finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, waterproofing, and other interior/exterior finishes. - Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of finishing activities. - Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards, design specifications, and workmanship. - Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and ensure work completion as per schedule. - Efficiently manage labor teams, monitor productivity, and minimize material wastage. - Verify finishing details according to approved drawings and specifications before handover. - Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with site regulations. - Report progress, issues, and material or manpower requirements to the Project Manager. Requirements: Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of finishing activities and materials. - Ability to interpret construction drawings effectively. - Excellent supervision and team-handling skills. - Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and good communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
