Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Engineer with 14 years of work experience in high-rise residential projects using Mivan technology. The candidate will be responsible for execution and quality control of finishing works, coordination with site teams, and ensuring timely completion as per project standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute finishing works such as plastering, block work, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors & windows, and external faade.
Ensure proper surface preparation and quality finishing for Mivan-structured buildings.
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for finishing works.
Coordinate with MEP, civil, and site teams for smooth progress of work.
Monitor contractor activities, manpower, and material usage to achieve targets.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure finishing works meet project standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and track work completion against schedules.
Assist in resolving site-level issues and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Support in handover activities and client/consultant inspections.

Candidate Profile

Qualification
: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Work Experience
: 1–4 years in finishing works for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
Exposure to Mivan shuttering/technology projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
Good communication, site supervision, and coordination skills.
