Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute all finishing activities including masonry, plastering, false ceiling, painting, flooring, cladding, joinery, and MEP finishing coordination.
Ensure that all finishing works adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and luxury standards defined for the Soho project.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to resolve finishing-related technical issues.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and quality workmanship.
Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines while raising RFIs and tracking snag lists till closure.
Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and mock-up approvals for finishing works before final handover.
Implement best practices in safety, quality, and sustainability throughout project execution.
Maintain finishing documentation including checklists, quality reports, and compliance records.
Work closely with project managers and planning teams to align finishing execution with overall project milestones.
