Concept and Design Development Create concept drawing on the basis of the inputs provided and get the same approved from the HOD Ensure the detailed drawings are prepared as per the requirements and the inputs provided by the HOD Coordinate with the project coordinator and the consultants for the respective drawings Responsible for getting consolidated architecture drawing created based on drawings from individual design consultants Discuss the overlaps with the HOD and get the queries resolved Guide the consultants for resolving issues after the review of the HOD Finalize on the design drawings in order to commence work on the construction drawings Release the drawings to the Execution Department and ensure the same is in line with the project schedule Execution and review of construction work Review the mockup unit from time to time to monitor the progress is in line with the design In case of any issues, take inputs from the HOD Ensure the documents are maintained properly Responsible to ensure the Good for Construction drawing is prepared and reviewed by the HOD on completion of the mockup unit Ensure the basic intent drawing is prepared keeping in mind all the aesthetic aspects in mind Attend to queries and ensure that the work on the site is in line with the Good for Construction drawing Coordination with Sales Team Provide inputs to Sales team for preparation of marketing / sales collaterals for the project Interact with the sales team to understand and inculcate specific requirement of clients in the designs / concepts Create drawings required for every unit for agreement purpose Participate in the following meetings: Site Meetings Consultant Meetings
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute all finishing activities including masonry, plastering, false ceiling, painting, flooring, cladding, joinery, and MEP finishing coordination. Ensure that all finishing works adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and luxury standards defined for the Soho project. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to resolve finishing-related technical issues. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and quality workmanship. Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines while raising RFIs and tracking snag lists till closure. Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and mock-up approvals for finishing works before final handover. Implement best practices in safety, quality, and sustainability throughout project execution. Maintain finishing documentation including checklists, quality reports, and compliance records. Work closely with project managers and planning teams to align finishing execution with overall project milestones.
Planning & Project Evaluation Preparing the master schedule for the project. Preparing a micro schedule for different stages of the project based on the master schedule. Analysis of activity sequence and forecasting resources based on the same. Based on the micro schedule, prepare a material procurement schedule and provide it to the site team and the purchase department. For material procurement purposes. Planning for day-to-day activities and setting out daily targets for the site team to help them achieve the scheduled project completion date. Planning & providing the contractor's schedule for contract purposes. Preparing the cash flow in coordination with the micro schedule prepared. Monitoring & Managing Monitoring the physical progress of work through daily site visits. Tracking & updating of the project schedule Taking updates daily based on the day-to-day targets provided to the site team. Daily tracking of contractors' schedules and providing tracking reports for contractor billing purposes. Daily tracking of the material procurement schedule. Preparing a recovery plan in coordination with CM to avoid any delay. Communication & Co-ordination Taking out daily updates from the site team to track the schedule more effectively. Set up Coordination between the site team and the services departments for the different types of clearances required during the work execution. Scheduling and hosting meetings with contractors, site execution team & services team on a daily/weekly basis for progress review and to manage further execution. Preparing MOM for the same. Daily follow-up of required drawings, material delivery, decisions & clearances with the respective departments. Providing management with project updates. Reports Preparing daily & weekly progress reports based on the site progress. Preparing management reports (CM & PM reports) of multiple sites to provide a project status report to management, Collection of required data for the monthly progress report. Monthly schedule tracking reports for Site execution, Investor & Contractors billing purposes. Preparing daily reports as per CMs requirement is required to be submitted to Management, Auditor, Finance, etc. Preparing a recovery plan in coordination with CM in case of delay in scheduled activities. Preparing reports as per CM & seniors' requirements to be provided for management, finance, audit purposes & MIS department.
