Key Responsibilities

• System Administration & Configuration

• Maintain and enhance Vena platform functionality including templates, workflows, and user access.
• Manage data source integrations and modify data models as needed

• Planning & Forecasting

• Support driver-based planning at the GL account level by branch and cost center
• Assist in CAPEX, balance sheet, and cash flow planning using Vena templates

• Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and indirect cash flow statements.
• Enable drill-through capabilities for transaction-level insights

• Training & Support

• Provide training and documentation for end-users on Vena features including Excel add-ins, mapping concepts, and troubleshooting
• Act as the primary contact for Vena-related inquiries and issue resolution.

• Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features and support strategic initiatives.
• Participate in integration and security deep dives with vendors and internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a financial or business systems role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas
• Experience with Power BI integration and Vena Insights Connector is a plus
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with other FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is beneficial.
