Job Description

Role: Sr Manager - Accounts & Finance Dept.

Qualification: CA.

Exp. - 10-15 years

Location: Gurugram

Industry: FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee
MIS reporting
and provide insights to stakeholders through regular updates.
Conduct
Budget preparation
,
forecasting
, and finalization for the organization.
Prepare monthly reports on profit and loss statements
(P&L),
balance sheets, and financial statements.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and finalisation of accounts.
Act as POC with Statutory, Internal, and Tax Auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act).
Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Key Skills:

Good knowledge of monthly MIS Reporting
